40 Speakers Present Investment Models And Future PartnershipsHis Royal Highness Prince Mishal bin Majed Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jeddah launched yesterday «Cityscape Jeddah 2010» Exhibition held at Jeddah Center for forums and events, which lasts for three days.
The exhibition includes more than 100 investors, real estate developers besides local and regional services providers, who take the opportunity of this event to present their services and products in the main showrooms that extends over an area of around 10.000 square meters.
The Annual Conference of the Real Estate Development and Investment in Saudi Arabia is organized on the sidelines of the exhibition under the banner of «Transparency, Investment Models and Future Partnerships» involving more than 40 speakers from top executives to discuss key issues affecting the real estate sector. also 12 special debates will be held in the presence of more than 200 high-level envoys.
The second session of the « Real Estate Cityscape Awards in Saudi Arabia» is held this evening in recognition of the significant achievements within the local real estate industry and to honor the companies that showed highest levels of excellence and quality performance.
The Director of the exhibition Mr. Deep Marwaha, said that there are a lot of positive expectations concerning the growth of Saudi real estate sector this year in view of the strength of the Kingdom's economy and the increasing demand for residential units as well as government funding for main infrastructure development projects, pointing out that «Cityscape Jeddah 2010 » represents a unified platform gathers all promising opportunities in the field of real estate development and investment.
