SUMOU has won the Best Property Developer prize in the festival which was delivered to VP Mr. Saeed Salem Al Nahdi, who said that SUMOU has launched during the last period many successful projects according to short / long term investment plans. He pointed out that the success of the company’s projects such as Induscon, Al Joudi, Rofan and Arzan has proved the company’s competitive capability in the development of the real-estate environment in a way that meets the market demands in terms of land and all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

The Festival of Construction Week concerns of individuals, organizations and enterprises that offered great contributions in construction sector throughout 2011. Candidates were eligible for 13 prizes and they were selected by means of a committee of independent experts which classified and itemized candidates. Winners have been selected through the points given to them on the basis of each classification.
